HIFARM is the result of a joint venture between DATAGRO and Agriplanning Consulting in Agribusiness
to engage in the commercialization of rural assets and distressed assets, combining the expertise
in the sugar and energy sector with the agricultural sector.
Since 2016, the partnership has been responsible for the commercialization of more than US$ 190 million in rural
assets, in which stands out two sugarcane units in Minas Gerais state and more than
180 thousand hectares (440 thousand acres) of land in several states.
We are specialized in the purchase and sale of rural properties and industrial assets in Brazil and Latin America, combining land bank, strategic consulting and more than 35 years of experience in the sector.
We help buyers to find the best opportunities in land and rural assets, generating the maximum value to their shareholders. We are the first company dedicated to the technical and financial assistance of investors and buyers of rural assets.
We carry out consultancy services in the areas of tax, legal, financial and contracts, in order to add value to the client and facilitating negotiation from a financial and documentary point of view.
We have developed systems to understand the agricultural sector in Brazil. We believe that technology is essential to understand 365 million hectares, 1/4 of the Brazilian GDP and 5 millions of rural properties. We offer a free platform with a quarterly history of land prices since 2004 for all municipalities in Brazil.
We carry out assessments of rural properties and agribusiness linked companies; using remote or ‘in loco’ methods, with the support of ABNT and/or international asset valuation agreements.
